Conducted a developmental evaluation and also drew on Outcome Mapping, theory of change, and other approaches to design and conduct multiple evaluations.
UTILIZATION FOCUSED EVALUATION, BAIF, IDRC, INDIA.
Led a local and international team through a 3 month training on UFE, then used this approach to conduct an outcome evaluation on an agricultural programme.

Focused on the impact of agricultural and small business training in three provinces. Focus on women agricultural interventions.
