GENDER POLICY EVALUATION, GAVI, WORLDWIDE.

In partnership with ICF International, led international team to develop and implement stakeholder-based global policy evaluation using a mixed methods approach.


POLICY EVALUATION, SWEAT, SOUTH AFRICA.

Led a responsive evaluation using mixed methods that focused on the impact of an NGO that aimed to influence policy on sex workers at the national level.


OUTCOMES EVALUATION, FRIENDS OF VALKENBERG, SOUTH AFRICA.

Developed a feminist focused evaluation of an NGO that works within a psychiatric hospital.


UTILIZATION FOCUSED EVALUATION (UFE), BAIF, IDRC, INDIA.

Led multicultural team through a 3 month training on UFE, and then used this approach to design a gender focused outcome evaluation.


M&E STRATEGIST, REGIONAL GLOBAL FUND PROPOSAL, REGIONAL LBGTI MECHANISM, HIVOS, VARIOUS AFRICAN COUNTRIES.

Designed M&E strategy to measure the improvement of health services for the MSM and TG groups in 8 sub-Saharan African countries.


IMPACT EVALUATION, SOUTH AFRICAN INSTITUTE FOR ENTREPRENEURSHIP, SOUTH AFRICA.

Using a qualitative approach conducted an impact evaluation of small business training with a focus on women agricultural interventions.


FEMINIST EVALUATION, BRISTOL MYERS SQUIB, NAMIBIA.

Drawing on a feminist evaluation methodology and a gender approach, used mixed methods to evaluate a community based women’s HIV/AIDS programme.


While these are specific examples, we include a gender approach, as appropriate, in all of our evaluations.
